It looks like your model is based off of a Northwind DB instance that has a computed column on Employees called FullName but I was not able to find any Northwind install script that included this field. <br /><br />I ended up defining it myself and the error went away. Interestingly enough though the column doesn't appear on the List or Edit pages.
