Microsoft ASP.NET 4.0 Data Access: Patterns for Success with Web Forms
In here David shows off some of the new features in ASP.Net 4.0 including DomainService and DomainDataSource which are great because it gives you a layer in between your model and your site making the code in you site data provider neutral. Simply by replacing the DomainService you could change you data provider with out changing the code in you PageTemplates or FiledTemplates.
This is a really great session well worth the watch for ASP.Net classic and Dynamic Data.
